This was the worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had. First, I received someone else's order...complete with her name, address and phone number. I called her to find out if she had received my order, but she had received yet another customer's order.
I called the company and explained the problem. They told me they were sold out of the item I wanted but would send me out the next size up in the same item. This was to be a Christmas present and they assured me it would be received within 4 days. When in 4 days I did not receive the package, I once again called the company. They said they were sold out of the next size jersey and had cancelled my order. Through the course of this conversation however, they discovered that they did indeed have the larger size in stock and would send that out to me for reciept on Christmas Eve. Postage would not be charged to me because of this huge mix-up. Christmas Eve came and went....no jersey was ever received. Then to top this off, my account was debited the amount of the shipping that I was told I would not be charged!! This Jersey was not at all what was pictured. The sleeves were banded with elastic, the number was crooked and the stitching was uneven. This is a "get what you pay for" kind of jersey.
The seller however, was very helpful, apologetic and handled a quick refund with great customer care.
